This problem comes when you record video with high gain above 8db light option and it is visible usually on HD 1080p video.So you can use noise reduction from pinnacle studio or adobe premiere but the video quality is not what we wanted.The right solution would be using Neat Video.You can use it free and easily...the link for free download comming soon.
